Waiting Games is designed to be played offline with no server, no account, and no personal data collection by us. This policy explains exactly what data leaves your device and why.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. All game progress, high scores, preferences, and purchases are stored locally on your device using iOS system storage (UserDefaults and StoreKit).
Waiting Games is a one-time paid app sold through the App Store. Apple handles the purchase transaction, and we never see or store your payment information. Any purchase records are associated with your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's privacy policy.
If you authenticate with Game Center, your scores and achievements are submitted to Apple's Game Center service. This is opt-in and handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your Game Center identity or data.
We do not use any third-party analytics SDK.
The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
